What is a DTF gang sheet?
DTF (direct to film) transfers are printed onto film, then heat pressed onto the garment. A gang sheet packs all your designs onto one sheet, so you pay for the sheet, not for each design. Cut them out and press them onto tees, hoodies, bags, caps and more.
Getting your artwork right
- Upload PNG, JPG, SVG or WEBP. A PNG with a transparent background prints cleanest.
- Sheets print at 300 DPI. The builder checks each image and warns you if it is too low to print well.
- Use Auto Build to pack designs for you, and the builder checks for overlaps before checkout.
- Low-res or blurry logo? Our logo redraw turns it print-ready for $25.
Gang sheet questions
What is a DTF gang sheet?
One sheet of DTF transfer film packed with as many of your designs as fit. It is printed once, then you cut the designs out and heat press them onto garments yourself.
How is a gang sheet priced?
Per sheet, not per design, so fill it however you like. Roll sheets are 42cm wide and work out at $45 per metre. All prices are in NZD.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG and WEBP, or pull files in from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Canva and more. For the cleanest print, use a PNG with a transparent background.
How fast will my gang sheet ship?
Typically dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend count from the next business day, then it goes by tracked courier NZ-wide.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders over $200. Under that, a flat courier rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
