Who we are

Mocked Up is a New Zealand business supplying DTF gang sheets, customised apparel and design services. Prices on the site are in New Zealand dollars. These terms apply to every order placed through mockedup.co.nz.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
• Your artwork and layout are locked at checkout and production starts from there. Changes after payment are not always possible; email us straight away and we will do what we can.
• We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot produce it (for example artwork that would print illegibly) and will tell you why.

Your artwork

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. By ordering, you give us permission to print, reproduce and store your files only as needed to make and deliver your order, and to keep them on your account so you can reorder.

• You confirm you own the artwork or have permission to use it. We do not print material that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or image rights, or that is unlawful or hateful.
• You are responsible for the quality of the files you upload. Low-resolution artwork prints low-resolution; the builder warns you, and we print what you approve.
• Design service files we create for you are yours once paid for. We may show anonymised examples of our work unless you ask us not to.

Pricing and availability

• Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• Gang sheet pricing is per sheet, not per design. Fill it however you like.

Production and delivery

Turnaround and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Faults and returns are handled under our Returns policy.

Accounts and privacy

• Saved sheets, uploads and order history are kept on your account so you can reorder in two clicks. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Information provided here may be saved as part of your sessions.
• We only use your details to fulfil orders and, if you have opted in, to send you the occasional drop or deal. We never sell your data. See our Privacy policy for the detail.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to reprinting the affected items or refunding what you paid for them. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
