Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what is in your cart and where it is going. All prices are in NZD.

  • Orders over $200: free shipping anywhere in New Zealand.
  • Orders under $200: a flat courier rate shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Rural delivery is available. Rural addresses take an extra 1 to 3 business days and may carry a rural surcharge from the courier.

Turnaround

Your files are locked the moment you pay, and production starts from there.

  • Gang sheets: typically dispatched within 1 business day (24hr DTF). Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend count from the next business day.
  • Customised apparel: allow 3 to 5 business days for printing before dispatch.
Busy periods

Around public holidays and big drops, dispatch can take an extra day or two. We will tell you on the site and in your order confirmation if that is the case.

Delivery

  • NZ-wide by tracked courier. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
  • Urban addresses: usually 1 to 2 business days from dispatch. Rural: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Gang sheets are packed flat or rolled in a protective tube so the film arrives unmarked.
  • We do not ship outside New Zealand at the moment. Email us if you are overseas and we will see what we can do.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered and it is not there, email contact@mockedup.co.nz within 5 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the packaging. We will chase the courier and, where the courier confirms loss or damage, reprint and resend at no charge.
